Beginning in 2014, all programs in the health cluster are required to undergo accreditation and reaccreditation with the LAM-PTKes (The Independent Accreditation of Indonesian Health Science Universities). The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga, as one of the oldest higher education institution of pharmacy in Indonesia, has participated in the reaccreditation of the Undergraduate Apothecary Education Program with LAM-PTKes.
The process, started in 2014, began with field assessment on 16-18 November 2015 by Prof. Dr. Ibnu Ghalib Gandjar, DEA., Apt. and Dr. Lucy Dewi N. Sasongko, M.S., Apt. as assessors.
The process concluded with the publication of LAM-PTKes No” 0231/LAM-PTKes/Akr/Sar/XII/2015 on 20 November 2015 declaring that the Undergraduate Apothecary Education Program has retained its previous accreditation result the rank “A”.
