FF UNAIR together with the Directorate of Research and Innovation (DRI) UNAIR, conducted an audience and exploration of research and innovation collaboration with PT Etana Biotecnologies Indonesia. The activity was carried out through a visit to PT Etana Biotechnologies Indonesia on October 5-6 2026.
This activity represented a strategic step in expanding partnership networks with the industrial sector, particularly in the development of research and innovation in the pharmaceutical field. The audience and exploration also served as a momentum to identify potential collaboration opportunities that could be developed between the academic environment and industry.
During the visit, FF UNAIR was represented by apt. Andang Miatmoko, S.Farm.,M.Pharm.Sci.,Ph.D. together with the DRI UNAIR team, the visit was conducted to discuss collaboration development, research implementation, and development of research-based products in the pharmaceutical field. Collaboration between higher education and industry is expected to bring together academic research strengths with industry needs and experience in producing applicable innovations.
For FF UNAIR, cooperation with industry partners represents an important part in promoting the utilization of research results so that they do not stop at the academic stage but can be developed into products and technologies with broader practical value. Through this synergy, various research potentials in the pharmaceutical field are expected to gain opportunities for development, testing, and direction toward the implementation process.
