FF UNAIR continues to strengthen collaborative efforts with industry through an activity titled “Continued Coordination on Cooperation Potential with Kosmesia (PT Kosmetika Global Indonesia)” The activity was held on Tuesday, September 2, 2026, at the Conference Room of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes (NANI) Building, Campus C UNAIR.
This meeting was attended by FF UNAIR leadership, representatives from the Health Dermatology and Cosmetic Technology Research and Innovation Unit (PUI-PT SCT) of UNAIR, the Center for Business Acceleration and Innovation (PASINBIS) of UNAIR, and Kosmesia (PT Kosmetika Global Indonesia). The meeting was part of efforts to build more intensive communication among higher education institutions, centers of research excellence, and industrial partners.
During the meeting, various collaboration opportunities that could be developed sustainably were discussed. Coordination was conducted to identify potential synergy, particularly in the development and implementation of research and innovation results in the cosmetics field.
The involvement of PASINBIS UNAIR was an important part in promoting the process of innovation acceleration and product implementation. Synergy among the Faculty of Pharmacy, PUI-PT SCT, PASINBIS, and Kosmesia is expected to produce a cooperation scheme capable of connecting academic and research potential with needs and opportunities in the industrial world.
Through this continued coordination, FF UNAIR reaffirmed its commitment to continuously expand partnership networks with various parties. Collaboration with industry is hoped to not only support the development of innovative products but also strengthen higher education's contribution in creating competitive innovations in the pharmaceutical and cosmetics fields.
This meeting between FF UNAIR and Kosmesia is hoped to be the initial step toward more concrete and sustainable cooperation while strengthening the research, innovation, and implementation ecosystem within Universitas Airlangga.
