The Deanery of FF UNAIR, together with new students from the 2026 cohort, participated in a flag ceremony in commemoration of Indonesia’s 81st Independence Day Anniversary (HUT). The ceremony was held on Monday, August 17, 2026, at the courtyard of the Campus C Management Office of UNAIR.Â
The ceremony proceeded solemnly and was attended by members of the Universitas Airlangga academic community. The presence of the Faculty of Pharmacy Deanery leadership alongside new students from the 2026 cohort became part of the effort to instill values of nationalism, unity, and love for the homeland from the beginning of students' academic journey in higher education.
The occasion of commemorating Indonesia's 81st Independence Day Anniversary also became an opportunity for new students to become acquainted with and build unity with the FF UNAIR academic community. By participating in the ceremony directly, students are expected to understand independence not only as a historical event but also as a spirit to continue learning, contributing, and providing benefits to society.
The spirit of independence is hoped to continue serving as inspiration for FF UNAIR's new students of the 2026 cohort in pursuing their education and developing their potential as the next generation serving the nation in the pharmaceutical field.
