
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR), in collaboration with the Alumni Career and Impact Center (PKKA), held an alumni gathering titled "Alumni Serve for an Independent Pharmacy." The event took place on Sunday, February 1, 2026, in Jakarta. This important event was attended by university leaders, faculties, and FF UNAIR alumni from various sectors.
Also present were Prof. apt. Junaidi Khotib, S.Si., M.Kes., Ph.D., former Dean of FF UNAIR who currently serves as Secretary of the Director General of Research and Development at the Ministry of Education and Technology. In addition, Dr. Dra. apt. Lucia Rizka Andalusia, M.Pharm., MARS., Director General of Pharmacy and Medical Devices at the Indonesian Ministry of Health, and Mr. apt. Mohamad Kashuri, S.Si., M.Farm. Deputy II of the Indonesian Food and Drug Authority (BPOM RI) also attended the event.
This activity served as a strategic platform to strengthen networks between the faculty, alumni, and the professional world, while also encouraging alumni to play an active role in supporting the development of an independent and competitive Faculty of Faculty of Medicine (FF) UNAIR.
The Dean of FF UNAIR was present to open the event and deliver remarks, explaining the vision, mission, and study programs at FF UNAIR. In his presentation, the Dean emphasized the importance of synergy between the institution and alumni as part of efforts to strengthen the quality of education, research, and community service.
The Head of the UNAIR Alumni Career and Impact Center (PKKA), Prof. Dr. Nisful Laila, S.E., M.Com., CRA., also attended and provided an overview of PKKA and UNAIR's Employer Reputation.
The event was also attended by Air Marshal (Ret.) Dr. apt. Yuli Subiakto, M.Si., as the Head of the IKA UNAIR FF UNAIR Commissariat. He delivered remarks and greeted all attendees and alumni. He encouraged alumni to maintain solidarity, strengthen professional networks, and actively contribute to the advancement of their alma mater.
The presentation session was led by alumni of Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR who have made a name for themselves in the industrial world. The first speaker, Dr. apt. Dwianto Harry Nugraha, M.Farm.Ind., who currently serves as Head of Product Development at Bifarma (Kalbe Group), presented the topic "Accelerating Alumni Contributions to Support the Tri Dharma of Pharmacy Universities."
The second speaker, Mr. apt. Fahrizal Dian Nugraha, S.Farm., who serves as Quality Manufacturing at PT Kalbio Global Medika, delivered a presentation titled "Strengthening Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR Alumni."
Through this Employer Meeting, the Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR hopes to foster closer collaboration between the faculty, alumni, and the industrial world to support the realization of a Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR that is superior, self-sufficient, and impactful to society.
