Jurnal Farmasi Komunitas (JFK), a scientific journal of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR), has achieved positive results through national scientific journal reaccreditation. Based on the Decree of the Director General of Research and Development of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia Number 295/C/C3/KPT/2026 concerning the Reaccreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals for Period 2, 2025, JFK has increased its accreditation ranking from 5 (SINTA 5) to 4 (SINTA 4).
This SINTA 4 ranking is valid from Volume 11 Number 2, 2024, to Volume 16 Number 1, 2029, and serves as concrete evidence of improvements in journal management quality, scientific article quality, and JFK's consistency in addressing community-based pharmacy issues. This encouraging news was officially announced on February 3, 2026.
This achievement is expected to further bolster the trust of academics and practitioners in JFK as a high-quality and relevant scientific publication medium. Going forward, JFK is committed to continuously improving journal management standards, expanding collaborative networks, and encouraging the publication of scientific papers that impact the development of pharmaceutical services and practices in the community.
Congratulations and our highest appreciation to the entire JFK management team for achieving a ranking upgrade from SINTA 5 to SINTA 4. May this achievement motivate us to continue developing and achieving even higher rankings in the future.
