The 2026 Airlangga Education Expo (AEE) officially opened on Friday, January 23, 2026. On the first day of the event, the Faculty of Pharmacy (FF UNAIR) booth was packed with visitors. Following the opening, the FF UNAIR booth was immediately crowded with high school and vocational high school students, accompanying teachers, and the general public, eager to learn more about the world of pharmacy.
The FF UNAIR booth presented a variety of interesting information about study programs, academic activities, research, and innovations developed within the Faculty of Pharmacy. Furthermore, visitors were also invited to explore products created by the FF UNAIR academic community.
The excitement of the FF UNAIR booth was further enhanced by the presence of the Rector of Airlangga University, who also visited the booth on the first day of AEE 2026. On that occasion, the Rector had the opportunity to try turmeric and tamarind herbal drink, a product made by FF UNAIR. This traditional herbal drink received a positive response and became one of the main attractions for visitors.
The Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR's participation in AEE 2026 demonstrates the faculty's commitment to promoting the excellence of pharmacy education and innovations based on local wisdom to the wider community. Through this activity, it is hoped that more young people will be interested in pursuing a career in pharmacy and contributing to national health.
