The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR), held a Leadership Coordination Meeting on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. The event took place in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall and was attended by the leadership of FF UNAIR.
This coordination meeting was scheduled to discuss strategies to accelerate the performance of each department and study program. Through this forum, each work unit presented its performance achievements and presented acceleration strategies to achieve the targets set by the faculty.
Furthermore, the meeting also served as a forum for discussion regarding strategic feedback and priority programs in areas 1, 2, and 3. The discussion took place constructively with the aim of aligning the direction of faculty policies to align with FF UNAIR's vision and mission of improving the quality of education, research, and community service.
Through this leadership coordination meeting, FF UNAIR hopes to strengthen synergy between units, optimize work program implementation, and encourage sustainable improvement in faculty performance. This activity is one of FF UNAIR's strategic steps in maintaining its commitment to excellent academic and institutional governance.
