PUI-PT SCT and FF UNAIR Showcase Product Innovations at Indonesia Cosmetic Ingredients (ICI) 2025
The Center for Excellence in Higher Education Science and Technology (PUI-PT) for Skin Health and Cosmetic Technology (SCT) and the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) once again participated in the Indonesia Cosmetic Ingredients (ICI) 2025 event, organized by the Association of Indonesian Cosmetic Companies and Associations (Perkosmi). The event took place over two days, October 1–2, 2025, at the Grand City Convention Hall in Surabaya.
As a prestigious annual event in the cosmetics and beauty raw materials sector, ICI 2025 serves as a strategic platform for bringing together industry, academia, and the public. The PUI-PT SCT and FF UNAIR exhibition booths showcased various superior research products, including Sains4Skin, a skincare product consisting of body lotion and serum produced by the PUI-PT SCT research team. This product is already on sale and has obtained halal certification and BPOM approval.
This participation demonstrates the consistency of PUI-PT SCT and FF UNAIR in strengthening the contribution of academics to support the national cosmetics industry. This booth not only showcases products but also serves as an interactive platform for discussions and exploring collaboration opportunities.
By regularly participating in ICI, PUI-PT SCT and FF UNAIR hope to continue bridging research findings with industry needs, thereby providing a tangible impact on the development of innovative, safe, and beneficial cosmetic products for the wider community.
