FFF UNAIR Receives Second Day Visit from Southville International School and Colleges Philippines
Today (July 31, 2025) marked the second day of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR)'s visit to Southville International School and Colleges (SISC), Philippines. On the second day of SISC's visit to UNAIR, the group of SISC lecturers and students were taken on a tour of several locations.
The SISC students and lecturers were taken on a tour of FF UNAIR's laboratory facilities. They received firsthand explanations regarding the function and utilization of each laboratory for education, research, and community service activities. Some of FF UNAIR's sophisticated and state-of-the-art equipment also caught their attention.
Furthermore, the SISC group also had the opportunity to visit Universitas Airlangga Hospital and the UNAIR Institute of Tropical Diseases to gain a closer look at the two institutions' roles in healthcare and infectious disease research. The visit then continued to the Center of Excellence in Science and Technology of the College of Skin Health and Cosmetic Technology (PUI-PT SCT), where they were introduced to the center's focus on research and development of scientifically based cosmetic technology.
During the entire series of activities, FF UNAIR staff actively accompanied the group, ensuring a smooth and comfortable visit. It is hoped that this activity can be the beginning of closer international cooperation between FF UNAIR and SISC in the fields of education, research and innovation.
