Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences Visits FF UNAIR
Currently, the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) has a high reputation both at home and abroad. This is what makes many universities want to establish relationships with FF UNAIR, including Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences.
On Friday, September 20 2024, Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences sent a delegation to visit FF UNAIR. At that time, acting as a delegate was Mr. Tomoshisa Takayama as Director of Education and Mr. Tadao Ujihara who is the manager of the International Affairs Office. Both were warmly welcomed by the deputy deans and FF UNAIR staff.
The visit agenda was carried out smoothly in the Leadership Meeting Room of the Nani Building. At that time, it was discussed what potential collaborations could be implemented. Starting from collaboration related to education and teaching, student and staff exchanges, to research collaborations were discussed in detail.
The discussion also continued into a knowledge sharing session, where the FF UNAIR profile was briefly presented. Not to forget, the Skin and Cosmetic Technology (SCT) Center of Excellence was introduced, which is FF UNAIR's science and technology center of excellence related to cosmetics. Exploring potential collaboration with the SCT Center of Excellence was also discussed at that time.
The delegation from Tokyo University of Pharmacy and Life Sciences was also happy to provide a brief overview of their campus. Starting from the curriculum, facilities, to research that is currently being developed, they also conveyed it.
At the end of the event, it was scheduled to provide souvenirs and group photos as a form of immortalizing the moment of this visit.
