Freshmen from the 120th Period Pharmacist Profession Say Promises to Prospective Pharmacists on the New Student Admissions Agenda
New students (new students) of the 120 Period Pharmacist Professional Study Program took part in a series of new admissions agendas for two days on 7-8 August 2024. Located in lecture room 5.1 of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building, this activity ran smoothly.
On the first day, the event began with the pledge of prospective pharmacists by all new pharmacists guided by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR). This procession took place solemnly as a sign that they were starting to receive professional education as pharmacists.
Then Deputy Dean I FF UNAIR explained regarding the Pharmacist Professional Education Program and the Indonesian Pharmacist Competency Test. Followed by an explanation regarding field II or facilities and finance by Deputy Dean II FF UNAIR.
After ishoma, new students receive 3 materials related to the scientific fields they will study. First, explanation of the hospital sector by Dr. apt. Sumarno, SpFRS. Then the explanation of the Pharmaceutical Distribution Sector delivered by Mrs. Apt. Gusti Noorrizka Veronika Achmad, M.Sc., and followed by Dr.rer.nat. apt. Maria Lucia Ardhani Dwi Lestari, M.Pharm.Sci. which explains the Explanation of the Industrial Pharmacy Sector.
The following day, several materials were delivered, starting with an explanation of the field of community pharmacy by Dr. apt. Yuni Priyandani, SpFRS. Next, Prof. Dr. apt. Umi Athiyah, MS. delivered related Integrity and Honesty and Time Management material explained by Dr. apt. Muh. Agus Syamsur Rijal, SSi, MSi.
After Ishoma, a sharing session was scheduled by alumni. Then, Dr. apt. Yunita Nita, SSi, MPharm as the coordinator of the pharmacist professional study program provided an explanation of the Academic Regulations and ended with a Study Plan.
