As the best Pharmacy Faculty in Indonesia, of course the name Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) is no longer foreign to the public. It is not surprising that FF UNAIR often receives visits, one of which is from the school.
After last week SMAN 2 Sidoarjo visited FF UNAIR, on Monday afternoon (9/10/2023) the school visit agenda was carried out again. Willing to come all the way from South Kalimantan, the leading Vocational High School (SMK) Husada Banjarmasin came to FF UNAIR.
The group of around 30 people consisting of teachers and students arrived at FF UNAIR at around 1 pm. They were immediately directed by FF UNAIR staff to room 5.1 of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building where the main event of the visit was held.
Before the event was officially opened by the event guide, a video profile of FF UNAIR was played so that students could get a brief overview of FF UNAIR. Then, Marsya, the host, started the visit agenda by greeting these "distant guests" cheerfully.
After reading the agenda, Marsya then invited the audience to stand up to sing the National Anthem of Indonesia Raya and the Airlangga Hymn. There was something interesting about this session, because several students were seen solemnly and seriously singing the Airlangga Hymn. They even clenched their fists on their chests as UNAIR academics usually do when singing the Airlangga Hymn as if they were ready to be part of UNAIR.
Investigating further, it turns out that several students from the Superior Vocational School Husada Banjarmasin do have aspirations to continue their studies at UNAIR, specifically at the Faculty of Pharmacy, which is in line with their major at school.
The event then continued with remarks from Mr. Apt. Ahmad Dzulfikri Nurhan, S.Farm., M.Farm. as a representative of FF UNAIR. Don't forget the representative from the Husada Banjarmasin Superior Vocational School, Mrs. apt. Popong, S.Si. also delivered a welcome and thanks for being well received at FF UNAIR.
As usual, the next agenda shifted to the FF UNAIR profile introduction session delivered by Mr. apt. Ahmad Dzulfikri Nurhan, S.Farm., M.Farm. and Marikke Nawang from the Communication and Information Division of BEM FF UNAIR.
Entering the question and answer session, several participants were seen raising their hands and starting to ask questions. Their questions did not go far from the FF student admission route to the costs of studying at FF UNAIR.
"Don't worry, the nominal UKT can also go up and down according to your family circumstances. (You) can submit an appeal too." said Mr. Ahmad Dzulfikri Nurhan when there were students who were worried about college costs.
