WELCOME TO THE 69th DIES CHRISTMAS, FF UNAIR HOLDS A TALKSHOW WITH ALUMNI

It has been 59 years since the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga was established. Since August 17, 1963, FF UNAIR has produced thousands of pharmacists. Until now, various researches and community services have been carried out to improve the quality of FF UNAIR.

As a form of gratitude, FF UNAIR opened the 69th Anniversary of the Faculty of Pharmacy through FF UNAIR's YouTube Anniversary on 17 August 2022. The theme of this event was “A Wonderful Journey in Wonderland”. The event was also enlivened by a talk show entitled “Upgrade yourself by maximizing opportunity to encounter the future” with alumni.

The event started with a profile video showing and a welcome. "There will be various very exciting and lively activities provided by the committee," said Farhan, Head of BEM FF UNAIR. In his speech, Farhan promised to make changes and updates through the Dean Cup offline event.

The Dean of FF UNAIR, Prof. Junaidi Khotib, said that Dies Natalis is a moment for self-introspection. "There are new values ​​that are very good as new energy to strengthen us to develop," he added. It is hoped that FF UNAIR can become the best Faculty of Pharmacy.

The program was then transferred to the moderator, Afifatuzzahroh, to start the talk show. The talkshow discussed tips for developing potential as a pharmacy student. "Learning is not only done in a formal way, but can also be done informally," said Dr. apt. Rizka Andalusia. M. Pharm., MARS. Dr. apt. Rizka also told of his journey to becoming the Director General of Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices.

The second speaker also talked about how to find a suitable position and job. apt. Graha also talked about the benefits of having relationships. "Yes, down, but don't kill yourself. There are still upperclassmen who are very helpful,” he concluded.

The third speaker talked about his choice to become an educator. Three years since graduation, apt. Zamrotul Izzah registers CPNS lecturers. “Get out of your comfort zone. Even though I have no idea how to study abroad,” he explained.

The talkshow closed with a story from Joshua El'Nissi. He recounted his 6-month internship experience through MSIB (Certified Internship and Independent Study). "I suggest that friends make sure to take an internship program that is linear with our major," he stressed. He also shares tips and tricks to get internship information. "Make sure to communicate with guardian lecturers and faculty lecturers," he concluded.

The festivities of the opening were also art performances and expressions of hope given by the entire academic community. Although sometimes there are network problems, the event went quite smoothly. YouTube viewers are also enthusiastic about giving Likes and Comments.
