The 4th International Conference on Medicine and Health Science (ICMHS) 2022 with the topic "Transforming Challenges into Innovation in Health Care" the first day was successfully held online on Wednesday (27/7/2022). The activity on that day was attended by approximately 300 participants from within and outside the country.
Considering that in this event, FF UNAIR collaborates with several universities, namely the University of San Carlos, the Philippines, Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Malaysia, and the University of Jember, Indonesia, the event began with a video greeting from the university representatives. The first greeting came from the Dean of the University of San Carlos, then followed by the Dean of Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, and the last greeting was made by the Chancellor of the University of Jember. Then, after the event was opened by the presenter, it was continued by singing the song Indonesia Raya and the Airlangga Hymn. Don't forget the Chair of the ICMHS 2022 Committee, Mrs. apt. Elida Zairina, MPH., Ph.D., and the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airilangga (FF UNAIR), Prof. apt. Junaidi Khotib, M.Kes., Ph.D. give a speech to start the event.
The series of events that took place on that day included Plenary Session 1, Symposium 1A, 1B, 2, and Parallel Oral Presentation Session. In plenary session 1, there were 2 invited speakers, namely Dr. apt. Riesta Primaharinastiti (University of Airlangga, Indonesia) and Dr Mohd Azmani Sahar (University of Islamic Science Malaysia, Malaysia) moderated by apt. Elida Zairina, MPH., PhD (Airlangga University, Indonesia).
The 1st symposium session was held in parallel. At Symposium 1A, the speakers were Dr. Nur Fariha Mohd Manzor (Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia, Malaysia), Diana Chusna Mufida, MD., PhD (University of Jember, Indonesia), and Dr. Kashieca R. Yap, MD (University of San Carlos, Philippines) moderated by Mrs. apt. Endah Puspitasari S.Farm., M.Sc. Meanwhile, at Symposium 1B, the moderator was Dr. apt. Dian Agung Pangaribowo accompanied by 3 speakers namely, Pulong Wijang Pralampita, MD., PhD (University of Jember, Indonesia), Dr. Ns. Dodi Wijaya (University of Jember, Indonesia) and apt. Andi Hermansyah, PhD (Airlangga University, Indonesia).
While at the Symposium session 2 there were three invited speakers, namely Alemayehu B Mekonnen, PhD (Deakin University, Australia), Dr. apt. Yunita Nita (Airlangga University, Indonesia), and Ahmed Ibrahim Fathelrahman Elhassan, PhD (Taif University, Saudi Arabia) moderated by Dr. Gerard Lee See (University of San Carlos Philippines).
After the entire symposium session was over, participants were immediately directed to a different zoom to take part in the oral presentation session.
