The event took place in the Leadership Conference Room, Nani Building, Campus C UNAIR.
This partnership aims to promote the production and implementation of safe, high-quality cosmetic products for distribution to the public. One area of focus is the utilization of natural materials derived from Indonesia’s biological wealth as raw materials for innovative, value-added cosmetics products.
The signing of this cooperation agreement represents a strategic step to strengthen synergy between FF UNAIR and Kosmesia in connecting research results with industry needs. This collaboration is expected to support the development of Indonesian natural-ingredient cosmetic products that are not only innovative but also meet safety, quality, and community needs.
Following the signing ceremony, the event continued with a discussion on the details of the cooperative activities to be carried out. This discussion provided a space to align the potential and needs of each party, while also exploring opportunities for collaborative activities that can support the production and implementation of cosmetic products.
The activity was attended by the leadership of FF UNAIR and Kosmesia, the Chair and Secretary of the Health Dermatology and Cosmetic Technology Research and Innovation Unit (PUI-PT SCT) of UNAIR, and the team of the Center for Business Acceleration and Innovation (PASINBIS) of UNAIR. The involvement of these various parties reflects a shared commitment to building collaboration that integrates research excellence, technology development, and industrial capability.
This collaboration simultaneously affirms FF UNAIR’s commitment to promoting the utilization of research results to produce applicable innovations that benefit society. By optimizing the potential of Indonesian natural ingredients, this partnership is expected to contribute to strengthening the national cosmetics industry while encouraging the emergence of safe, high-quality, and competitive local cosmetic products.
