FF UNAIR participated in the What’s Up Campus Calls Out (WCCO) activity held at the Airlangga Convention Center (ACC), Campus C UNAIR, on Thursday, September 17, 2026. During the event, FF UNAIR showcased various research and innovation products developed by its faculty members.
The WCCO activity was organized by the ministry of Law as part of efforts to strengthen synergy and collaboration in promoting innovation while increasing public understanding of intellectual property. The event was attended by thousands of participants from various backgrounds, including students, academics, business entrepreneurs, and the general public.
FF UNAIR's participation represented one form of contribution in introducing pharmaceutical research and innovation results to the broader public. Various research products were displayed as a representation of FF UNAIR's academic community's efforts in producing innovations with potential for further development and providing benefits to society.
Beyond showcasing products, FF UNAIR faculty members who are researchers behind these innovations were also actively present at the exhibition booth. The researchers directly provided explanations to visitors regarding the products developed, including research background, benefits, and the development and innovation processes undertaken.
Visitor enthusiasm was evident from the number of participants who visited the FF UNAIR booth to view products and engage in direct discussions with the researchers. This interaction provided an opportunity for FF UNAIR to introduce its research results more closely to the public while opening communication channels among academics, society, and business entrepreneurs. Even the ministers present at the event took time to visit FF UNAIR's product display.
Participation in WCCO also served as a momentum for FF UNAIR to continue strengthening innovation culture and implementation of research results. Through activities such as this, research developed within the higher education environment can become increasingly known to the public and has potential for development through collaboration with various parties.
