Dean of FF UNAIR, Prof. apt. Dewi Melani Hariyadi., S.Si., M.Phil., Ph.D., demonstrated her commitment to expanding international academic and research networks by actively participating in The 26th International Society for Aerosols in Medicine 9ISAM) Congress. This prestigious scientific congress was held on July 13-16, 2026, at the National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH) International Convention Center, Taipei, Taiwan. The congress brought together researchers, academics, clinicians, and industry professionals from various countries to discuss recent developments in aerosol medicine and inhalation drug delivery systems.
During the series of activities, Prof. Dewi actively attended various scientific sessions, discussions, and networking forums featuring leading experts from around the world. This opportunity was used to discuss and exchange ideas regarding research developments, technological innovation, and opportunities for international collaboration in the field of pharmaceutical formulation, drug delivery systems, and aerosol medicine.
Prof. Dewi’s active participation also served as an important momentum to introduce FF UNAIR to the global academic community. Through various meetings with academics and researchers from different countries, communication was established that opened opportunities for cooperation in research, academic exchange, scientific publications, and development of pharmaceutical innovation in the future.
Prof. Dewi’s participation in this international forum aligns with efforts to support SDGs 3 (Good Health and Well-being) through the development of health innovations and SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) through strengthening international academic and research partnerships.
