In efforts to expand international cooperation networks and improve education and research quality, Dean of FF UNAIR Prof. apt. Dewi Melani Hariyaadi, S.Si., M.Phil., Ph. D., visited the College of Pharmacy at Taipei Medical University (TMU), Taiwan, on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. This visit represented a strategic step in strengthening academic relationships between the two institutions, both of which share a strong commitment to developing education and research in the field of pharmacy.
The main agenda of the visit included academic exchange and strategic meeting discussing various collaboration opportunities in the future. This meeting served as a discussion forum to develop cooperation in education, research, academic mobility, and strengthening international networks that would benefit the academic community of both institutions.
During the academic exchange session, both parties exchanged information regarding curriculum development, learning innovation, and opportunities for research collaboration oriented toward addressing various global health challenges. The discussion also covered potential for student and lecture exchange, guest lectures, joint research, collaborative scientific publications, and development of international academic programs.
Meanwhile, through the strategic meeting, FF UNAIR and College of Pharmacy Taipei Medical University discussed strategic steps to strengthen long-term partnerships. Through synergy with various world-renowned universities, FF UNAIR continues to promote the creation of an innovative, collaborative, and internationally competitive academic ecosystem.
This visit with cooperation discussions aligns with FF UNAIR’s commitment to supporting SDGs, particularly SDG 17 (Partnership for the Goals), through the development of strategic partnerships with higher education institutions at the global level.
