FF UNAIR participated in an international visit agenda through the presence of apt. Melanny Ika Sulistyowaty, S.Farm., M.Sc., Ph.D. as Faculty Ambassador representing Vice Dean III FF UNAIR in the visit activity of the Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy (CTUMP) delegation from Vietnam to Universitas Airlangga. This activity took place on Friday, July 10, 2026, in the Plenary Conference Room, 4th Floor, Campus C Management Office of Universitas Airlangga.
This visit was part of efforts to strengthen the network of international cooperation between Universitas Airlangga and leading higher education institutions in the Southeast Asia region. Through this meeting, both institutions discussed various opportunities for collaboration in education, research, exchange of students and lectures, and development of international programs that could provide benefits to the academic community of both universities.
In this activity, UNAIR also invited Vice Deans III and representatives from several faculties with related fields of science, including the Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Nursing, Faculty of Pharmacy, Faculty of Public Health, and Faculty of Vocational Studies. The presence of representatives from various faculties was expected to expand the potential for multidisciplinary academic cooperation.
As a representative of FF UNAIR, apt. Melanny Ika Sulistyowaty participated in discussion sessions that covered institutional profile, academic excellence, and international collaboration opportunities relevant to pharmacy and health sciences. FF UNAIR’s involvement in this forum reflects the faculty’s commitment to continuing to expand its global network and improve the quality of education and research through strategic partnerships with foreign higher education institutions.
This activity aligns with the achievement of SDGs, particularly SDG 4 (Quality Education) through strengthening international educational cooperation and SDG 17 (Partnership for the Goals) through building sustainable global partnerships.
