
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) conducted a field assessment for the accreditation of its Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences program on Monday, May 18, 2026. The assessment is part of the evaluation process carried out by the Independent Accreditation Agency for Health Higher Education (LAM-PTKes) to ensure the educational quality and academic development of the program.
The two LAM-PTKes assessors present were Prof. Dr. apt. Muhammad Da'i, M.Si. and Prof. Dr.rer.nat. apt. Nanang Fakhrudin, M.Si. Their arrival was warmly received by UNAIR's Vice Rector I, Prof. Mochammad Amin Alamsjah, Ir., M.Si., Ph.D., along with FF UNAIR's leadership, the Head of the Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences program, and the full accreditation support team.
In addition to reviewing documents and holding discussions with faculty leadership and program administrators, the assessors also visited various laboratories and supporting learning facilities at FF UNAIR.
The field assessment also included interview sessions with lecturers, academic support staff, students, alumni, and graduate users. Through this process, the assessors gained a comprehensive picture of how the education system is being implemented, the quality of academic services, and the contributions of UNAIR's Master of Pharmaceutical Sciences graduates in both professional and academic settings.
The field assessment marks an important milestone for the Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR in its ongoing commitment to upholding the quality of higher education and producing graduates who are excellent, innovative, and competitive on a global scale.
