Students from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) have once again made their mark on the national stage. Two 8th-semester students from the Bachelor of Pharmacy program, Zafira and Chessa, claimed first place for Best Poster at Pharmacito 2026, held on May 16, 2026 at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta.
The achievement stands as a testament to FF UNAIR students' commitment to developing their academic skills, research capabilities, and innovation in the field of pharmacy. The scientific poster competition at Pharmacito 2026 drew participants from universities across Indonesia, making Zafira and Chessa's win all the more worthy of recognition.
Through their poster presentation, the pair demonstrated strong innovative thinking and a sharp capacity for scientific analysis. Judging was based on scientific quality, creativity of presentation, relevance to the theme, and each participant's ability to present their work before the panel of judges.
This achievement is hoped to inspire fellow students to keep striving and to actively participate in academic and scientific competitions at both the national and international level. FF UNAIR continues to support student development through various mentoring programs, research initiatives, and academic collaborations.
