The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) hosted an educational visit from SMAN 1 Genteng Banyuwangi, held in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall. Hundreds of eleventh-grade students, accompanied by their accompanying teachers, attended the event. All participants enthusiastically participated in the series of events, seeking to gain as much information as possible about the world of college, particularly at FF UNAIR.
The event began with remarks from representatives of FF UNAIR, delivered by the Coordinator of the Student Affairs Commission, Dr. apt. Neny Purwitasari, S.Farm., M.Sc. In her remarks, she introduced FF UNAIR's profile, educational system, and various opportunities and facilities that can support students' academic and non-academic development.
Meanwhile, remarks from SMAN 1 Genteng Banyuwangi were delivered by Mr. Imam Wahyunika, S.Pd., the accompanying teacher. He expressed his appreciation and gratitude for the opportunity given to the students to better understand the campus environment and gain a real-life experience of studying at FF UNAIR.
During the discussion session, the students actively asked various questions. Some of them concerned job prospects for graduates, career opportunities, and the value and strengths of subjects needed to prepare for admission to Faculty of Medicine (FF) UNAIR. This session was a crucial opportunity for the students to gain motivation and guidance in planning their further studies.
