The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR), held a Strategic Plan (Renstra) and Roadmap Development Workshop for 2026–2030 on Thursday, December 11, 2025. The event took place in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall, Faculty of Pharmacy, UNAIR, and was attended by leaders, department representatives, and study programs within FF UNAIR.
The workshop aimed to formulate the direction of faculty development for the next five years to align with the vision, mission, and strategic policies of Airlangga University. The workshop comprehensively discussed the draft Renstra and roadmap for FF UNAIR for the 2026–2030 period, covering aspects of education, research, community service, governance, and strengthening institutional competitiveness.
All departments and study programs were given the opportunity to submit input, suggestions, and strategic views regarding the faculty's development plan. These aspirations were collected and utilized as input to refine the Renstra and roadmap documents to be more responsive to future challenges and opportunities.
In the follow-up session, the Dean of Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR and the Vice Deans provided feedback on the input submitted. The discussion was constructive and interactive, focusing on refining priority programs and synchronizing the faculty's achievement targets for the next five years.
Through this workshop, Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR hopes to produce a comprehensive, measurable Strategic Plan and roadmap for 2026–2030, oriented toward improving the quality and contribution of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga, at the national and international levels.
