SMAN 2 Sidoarjo Visits FF UNAIR to Explore Further Study Information
The Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) welcomed a group from SMA Negeri 2 Sidoarjo on Tuesday, November 18, 2025. The event, held in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall, was attended by 130 participants, including teachers and students.
This educational visit aimed to gain comprehensive information about further study opportunities at FF UNAIR. Students had the opportunity to learn more about the study programs, academic facilities, research opportunities, and career prospects for pharmacy graduates.
The event opened with remarks from Mr. apt. Firmansyah Ardian Ramadhani, S.Farm., M.Farm., a member of the FF UNAIR Student Affairs Commission. In his remarks, he expressed his appreciation for SMAN 2 Sidoarjo's trust in choosing FF UNAIR as a destination to broaden their academic horizons.
From the school, remarks were delivered by Ms. Nurul Hidayati, S.Pd., M.Si., the Deputy Principal of Student Affairs of SMAN 2 Sidoarjo. He explained that the visit was part of a campus introduction program to better prepare students for higher education choices that align with their interests and potential.
The event continued with a presentation of faculty profiles, an interactive question-and-answer session, and a facility tour, providing students with firsthand experience of the academic environment at Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga.
Through this activity, it is hoped that students of SMAN 2 Sidoarjo will gain a more comprehensive understanding of the world of pharmacy and be more motivated to continue their education at the higher education level, including at Universitas Airlangga.
