UNAIR Rector Presents Certificate of Appreciation to FF UNAIR Students for International Achievement in Malaysia
Imamul Aziz, a student of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR), has brought honor to his alma mater on the international stage. He successfully achieved brilliant achievements at the 2025 International Invention and Innovation Competition (I3C) held in Malaysia. The prestigious competition carries the theme “Empowering Minds, Transforming Futures”, which highlights the innovation and creativity of the younger generation in the development of science and technology.
He and his team successfully won a gold medal and competed with 1,500 other teams from various countries. They put forward an innovative idea in the form of Smart Timer Reaction (STIREACT) which can measure work fatigue with global standardization.
For this extraordinary achievement, the award certificate was presented directly by the Chancellor of Airlangga University to Imamul Aziz on November 10, 2025, coinciding with the Heroes' Day commemoration ceremony held in the yard of the UNAIR Campus C Management Office. This moment symbolizes the university's appreciation for the dedication and fighting spirit of students in bringing honor to the nation through innovation and academic achievement.
UNAIR Faculty of Pharmacy also conveys its congratulations and highest appreciation to Imamul Aziz for his international achievements. Hopefully, this achievement will inspire other students to continue to innovate, achieve, and bring good name to Airlangga University on the world stage.
