The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) held an important event, the handover of the Dean for the 2025–2030 period, in the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building Hall on Friday, October 3. The solemn and emotional event was attended by the entire FF UNAIR academic community, from lecturers and administrative staff to students.
The Dean of FF UNAIR for the 2020–2025 period, Prof. apt. Junaidi Khotib, S.Si., M.Kes., Ph.D., represented by Acting Dean Dr. apt. Riesta Primaharinastiti, S.Si., M.Si., officially handed over the position to Prof. apt. Dewi Melani Hariyadi, S.Si., M.Phil., Ph.D., to lead FF UNAIR for the next five years.
This handover ceremony marked a crucial milestone in the continuity of leadership at Faculty of Faculty of Medicine (FF) UNAIR, marking the end of the previous leadership's term and the beginning of a new journey under the direction of the newly elected dean.
The event was filled with emotion. The entire academic community in attendance expressed their appreciation to Prof. Junaidi Khotib and Dr. Riesta Primaharinastiti for their dedication and achievements during their tenure. Furthermore, the event also served as an opportunity to express their full support for Prof. Dewi Melani Hariyadi in leading FF UNAIR to greater excellence and global competitiveness.
