Implementation of IGSCPS 2024
In 2024, the International Graduate Students Conference on Pharmaceutical Science (IGSCPS) will be held again. Routine conference activities are always held every year by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR).
International student conference activities are regularly held by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) every year. IGSCPS 2024 was held on August 10 2024 at ASEEC Tower UNAIR with the theme "Pharmaceutical and Health Sciences Update for Global Pharmacy Education". This activity was attended by 140 participants.
Thanks to the good collaboration between FF UNAIR and various parties, this conference succeeded in bringing in many resource persons from both within and outside the country to share their knowledge in the field of pharmacy.
The keynote speaker for this activity is Prof. Dr. Ir. M. Faiz Syuaib, M.Agr. who serves as Director of Research, Technology and Community Service at the Ministry of Education and Culture. There were also 8 speakers from various well-known campuses. The speakers are Prof. Dr. Bandana Saini (University of Sydney, Australia), Prof. Kornkanok Ingkaninan (Naresuan University, Thailand), Prof. Dr. El-Fahmi, S.Si., M.Si. (Bandung Institute of Technology, Indonesia), Prof. Dr. apt. Wiwied Ekasari, M.Sc. (Airlangga University, Indonesia), Prof. Yam Mun Fei (Universiti Sains Malaysia, Malaysia), Prof. Raghu Raj Singh Thakur (Queen's University Belfast, UK), Prof. Dr. apt. Retno Sari, M.Sc. (Airlangga University, Indonesia), Prof. Oka Natsuhisa (Gifu University, Japan).
Through this conference, FF UNAIR is proven to support SDGs 17 because with this collaboration participants can gain new knowledge even across countries that can be utilized when engaging in society.
