Mr. apt. Andi Hermansyah, S.Farm., M.Sc., Ph.D. Presenting Material at the 2023 FIP World Congress
Not only Prof. apt. Dewi Melani Hariyadi, Head of the Practical Pharmacy Department, Mr. apt. Andi Hermansyah S.Si., M.Sc., Ph.D. also participated in the international congress organized by the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP) in Brisbane, Australia.
The history of good collaboration between the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR) and FIP is also what brought Mr Andi Hermansyah, Ph.D. to contribute to this prestigious activity.
Likewise with Prof. Dewi Melani Hariyadi, Mr Andi Hermansyah, Ph.D. is also fully committed to carrying out the entire agenda of the FIP World Congress 2023 for five days, namely 24-28 September 2023.
This congress has the theme "Pharmacy Building a Sustainable Future for Healthcare – Aligning Goals to 2030" and aims to bring together great people in the world of pharmacy to transform pharmacy for the benefit of the country and its people.
He also contributed to sharing the results of his thoughts by presenting an interesting topic entitled "Challenges and Barriers to Implementing Remuneration Services". He explained this topic in the session "Innovative Approaches for Remuneration of Community Pharmacy Services" moderated by Dr. Lars-Ake Soderlund who is one of the FIP congress advisors and Dr. Charlotte Verner from Danish College of Pharmacy Practice, Denmark.
More than 100 FIP World Congress 2023 participants paid close and enthusiastic attention to Mr Andi Hermansyah's explanation. The hope is that through his presentation the participants can be educated and take action to improve the quality of health services in their respective countries.
Through this collaboration, FF UNAIR has proven to be able to support the achievement of SDGs 17 Partnership for the Goals.
