REGISTRATION CONFERENCE & WORKSHOP GUIDELINES

  1. To register on 4th International Conference On Medical And Health Sciences 2022 is quite easy. If you would like to register as a oral & poster presenter you only need an abstract and full paper of your presentation and your short biodata. It is even simpler, if you register as a participant; you need only your biodata. Please submit it start from May 1, 2022
  1. For registration process, please visit our website (ff.unair.ac.id/conferences/icmhs2022/) and navigate your mouse to "Registration > Registration" as shown below:

  1. This is the registration form. Please fill all obligatory fields (marked with red asterisks *)



    and then click "Register" Button.

    At this point, you will get an e-mail from us. Please check your e-mail. If the e-mail is not in your Inbox folder, most likely it went to the Spam folder.
  1. In the future, to login on ICMHS 2022's website, please navigate your mouse to "Registration > My Account"
  1. You need your e-mail address and your password to login. By logging-in you will be able to edit your biodata, etc.

  1. Navigate your browser to "my account" -> "upload abstract/paper", and you will be directed to the new page. Here you will see the abstract title, then click "upload abstract"

Payment Guidelines

  1. To upload the the proof of payment, please login to the website's conference ( https://ff.unair.ac.id/conferences/icmhs2022/reg1 ) or open the website ( https://ff.unair.ac.id/conferences/icmhs2022 ) and navigate your mouse to " Registration > Login " as shown below:

  2. Please login with the registered email and password
  3. After a successful login, please navigate your mouse to "My Account", and select click on "Upload Proof of Payment"


  4. You will be redirected to the Upload Proof of Payment page


  5. Complete the form by entering the amount paid, select the currency and select the file of proof of payment and include a node if necessary.
  6. Your payment status will be confirmed after the payment has been verified. Your payment receipt will be sent to your e-mail, and name of sender will be written in the official receipts.

Abstract Guidelines

All accepted and presented abstracts will be published in ICMHS 2022 abstract book

Please consider the following guidelines to facilitate the submission process and the subsequent follow-up process.

Basic format for abstract

  1. An abstract is a compendious summary of a research paper's substance including its background, purpose, methodology, results, and conclusion.
  2. It should be one paragraph with a word limit of 175-300.
  3. Keywords should be provided as a must (no more than six words).
  4. Keywords should be written in lowercase letters (Not applicable to names/scientific names) and should be separated with commas.
  5. Please do not include subheadings, bullets, lists and header/footer in the abstract.
  6. Abstract titles should be short, but descriptive. Informative titles, indicating key points are encouraged. Abbreviations should not be used in the title.
  7. Acronyms should be written in full the first time, mentioned in the text, followed by the abbreviation in parentheses.
  8. Always follow SI Units.
  9. Scientific names must be in Italic.
  10. Chemical formulae should be written in a standard form such as "CaCO3", not as "CaCO3". Use a zero before decimal points such as "0.45," not ".45."
  11. There shall be no citations or references in the abstract specifically. If there is a need to cite references, please provide the sources in brackets.
  12. Font
    a. Title: Times New Roman, 12 points, Upper case, Centered text in bold
    b. Body: Times New Roman, 11 points; Line spacing: 1, one column of text
  13. Affiliations
    a. Affiliations should be indicated with superscript Arabic numbers appearing at the end of surname/family name.
    b. A superscript asterisk shout be used for the corresponding author
    c. Names of affiliations should be given including the country.
    d. If there is more than one name and address, they should be related by superscript numbers.

Guidelines for the abstract structure

  • Abstracts should represent the original work.
  • Informative abstracts and critical abstracts are accepted.
  • The Abstract should be written in English.
  • Please indicate the most relevant themes for your abstract from the conference tracks.
  • Please download the abstract template and follow the format carefully.
  • Documents that do not conform to the guidelines will be asked to revise.
  • Documents received after the given deadline due to any reason, will not be accepted unless the deadline is extended.
  • The abstract should be submitted in the format of MS Word (.doc or .docx) document.

Once you prepared your abstract according to the above guidelines,

  • Submit your abstract using the abstract submission system available at your participant account
  • After submission, you will be acknowledged for the abstract's receipt sent to your email automatically.
  • Your abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the scientific committee within a week after its receipt.
  • Results of the abstract review will be sent to the author within two weeks of submission
  • The conference chair serves as the head of the scientific committee and will take the final decision on abstracts.

If a revision is required, the revised abstract must be sent back within a week.

Fulltext Guidelines

Special issue of the International Conference of Pharmacy and Health Sciences 2020 will be published in Journal of Basic and Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology (JBCPP), scopus indexed journal Q3. We received original research article as well as review articles in the area of pharmacy and health sciences. Topics covered are complementary and alternative medicines, natural product drug discovery, pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical technology, clinical and community pharmacy, as well as pharmacology and biomedical sciences.

GENERAL

All submitted manuscripts should contain original work neither published previously nor under consideration for publication elsewhere. Articles shall be accepted from any country provided submitted in English language only. There is page limitation of article of maximum 8 pages, therefore authors must strive to present their results as clearly and concisely as possible. Authors, in their cover note to Editor, shall have to clearly mention whether the manuscript is to be considered as a Research Article or a Review article.

REVIEW PROCESS

Manuscript should be submitted to the conference committee. Submitted manuscript will be screened by the scientific committee. If the manucript pass this initial screening the author will be asked to submit to  JBCPP system Scholarone. All of submitted manuscript subject to peer review mechanism. In the reviewing process, there are at least two reviewers for each manuscript for the related topic. A confirmation about the acceptance of the manuscript will be sent to e-mail address of the corresponding author. Please check your e-mail account frequently, because you will receive all important information about your manuscript through e-mail only.

 

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPT

Authors should submit the articles only in MS-word format, no other format is accepted. If equations were used it should be converted by using MS Office equation editor and pasted as image at proper place. All equations should be grouped or may be prepared using equation editor software. Tables and figures should be provided separately from the main manuscript. Authors should see “Checklist and guideline for submission process in ScholarOne Manuscript” section

LANGUAGE

Language of the articles should be only in English, we are not processing articles in any other languages. Manuscript should be proofread by a native speaker or professional language service before submission.

PREPARATION OF MANUSCRIPT

Manuscripts should be submitted as per order: title, name of author (s), abstract, key words, introduction, material and methods, results, discussion, acknowledgements (if necessary) and references with maximum 3500 words (please see fulltext template).

Title and abstract page

The title shoulde be concise and informative,  contain no more than 50 words.  The names and addresses of the authors and contact details of the corresponding author (postal address, email, and fax and telephone numbers) should be written clearly. Abstract written in the following order: backgroud, methods, results and conclusion, with maximum 250 words. Key words:  3-6  key words must be given at the end of the abstract.

Introduction

This part should define the background and significance of the study by considering the relevant literature, particularly the most recent publications.

Material and Methods

Please provide concise but complete information about the material and the analytical, statistical, and experimental procedures used. This part should be as clear as possible to enable other scientists to repeat the research presented.

Results

In this part, the same data/ information given in a table must not be repeated in a figure or vice versa. It is not acceptable to repeat extensively the numerals from tables into text and give lengthy and unnecessary explanations of the Tables and Figures.

Discussion

This part must be written with reference to the tables and figures and by considering information from the literature. Statements made in the Introduction and Results sections should not be repeated here.

Acknowledgment

If necessary, a brief Acknowledgement section may be included.

References

References should be cited in the text in Arabic numerals. The references should be cited at the end of the manuscript in the order of their appearance in the text. For citation of references with seven or more authors, only the first six author’s name followed by et al. should be used. Please write the references as follow

Figures

Photos or drawings (Maximum 5 Photos or drawings) must have a good contrast of dark and light. Legends of figures should be brief, but complete and self-explanatory so that the reader can easily understand the results presented in the figure. Figure legends should be attached to the figures. All figure number should be arranged orderly, the figures should be supplied at the end of main manuscript. Figures also submitted separately in ScholarOne Manuscript system as Tiff or JPG format. Figure number and title should be given below the figure, the content of the figure should be explained in the title of figure.

Tables

All tables (Maximum 5 Tables) should be numbered in order with grid lines. The table number should be properly given, large size tables should be split into two or more tables so that it can be accommodated within the page size. Table width and cell sizing should be even and all the content should be left side aligned. Number of the tables and title should be given above the tables and without any border, shading. Tables should be supplied at the end of main manuscript. Tables also submitted separately in ScholarOne Manuscript system. The table should with a brief but complete and self-explanatory caption so that the reader can easily understand the results presented in the table. Please do not duplicate material that is already presented in the figures.

Ethics and Consent

When reporting experiments on human subjects, authors should indicate whether the procedure follows were in accordance with the ethical standards of the responsible committee on human experimentation. Do not use patients' names, initials, or hospital numbers, especially in illustrative material. Papers including animal experiments or clinical trials must be conducted with approval by the local animal care or human subject committees, respectively.

Conflict of Interest:

Author(s) shall declared the conflict of interest Yes/ No before submission of manuscript for publication. The conflict of interest as mentioned in manuscript before references section.
