FF UNAIR held a coordination meeting for the implementation of ASPIRINT 2026 on Tuesday, July 28, 2026. This activity, held in the FF UNAIR Conference Room, represented an initial step in ensuring that the entire series of new student orientation activities at FF UNAIR could be carried out well, safely, and provided meaningful experiences for the new students.
The coordination meeting was led by FF UNAIR leadership and attended by representatives from the Student Executive Body (BEM) of FF UNAIR as well as the ASPIRINT 2026 committee. This meeting served as a forum to align various aspects of activity implementation, ranging from event concepts, division of committee responsibilities, implementation schedules, to mentoring mechanisms for new students.
In the meeting, faculty leadership emphasized the importance of organizing ASPIRINT as a platform to introduce the academic environment, culture, and values upheld by the Faculty of Pharmacy UNAIR. New student orientation was expected not only to serve as a campus introduction but also to build a spirit of togetherness, integrity, and character development in students from the very beginning of their university experience.
The coordination conducted with BEM and the ASPIRINT 2026 Committee also aimed to ensure that the entire series of activities proceed in accordance with university regulations, prioritizing participant comfort, and creating an educational, inclusive, and inspiring orientation atmosphere. Various input from both leadership and committee members were discussed openly to refine the activity concept that had been prepared.
