Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) held a Microcredential Course Development event: From Concept to Competency Portfolio on Friday, March 13, 2026. The event took place in the Main Meeting Room of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building and was attended by all FF UNAIR lecturers.
This event aimed to strengthen lecturers' understanding in designing microcredential-based courses oriented towards competencies and the needs of the workplace. Through this activity, lecturers were expected to develop more adaptive and flexible learning designs, capable of producing measurable competency portfolios for students.
The speaker on the occasion was Wisnu Wibowo, SE., M.Si., Head of the Center for Educational Innovation and Learning Technology. In his presentation, he explained the basic concept of microcredentials, course development strategies, and how to integrate learning outcomes into a competency portfolio that can serve as evidence of student skills.
The discussion was lively, with various questions and input from lecturers regarding the implementation of microcredentials in the curriculum at FF UNAIR. Through this activity, it is hoped that FF UNAIR can continue to develop learning innovations that are relevant to current developments and the needs of industry and society.
