The Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR), held a Lecturer Scientific Paper on Thursday, February 13, 2026. The event was held in the Main Meeting Room of the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building and attended by all FF UNAIR lecturers.
The scientific paper was titled "Thinking and Writing with the (Assistance of) Imitative Intelligence." The speaker was apt. Andi Hermansyah, S.Farm., M.Sc., Ph.D., who presented on the wise use of artificial intelligence to support critical thinking and scientific writing in the academic environment.
The event was officially opened by the Vice Dean III of FF UNAIR, apt. Elida Zairina, S.Si., MPH., PhD., FISQua. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of strengthening lecturers' academic culture through scientific forums that encourage discussion, exchange of ideas, and improve the quality of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education.
During the presentation session, participants enthusiastically participated in the interactive presentations and discussions. The topics discussed were deemed relevant to current technological developments, particularly in supporting the productivity and integrity of lecturers' scientific work.
Going forward, Faculty of Medicine UNAIR plans to hold lecturers' scientific presentations regularly every 2-3 weeks. This program is expected to become a sustainable platform for lecturers to share knowledge, enrich their perspectives, and strengthen the academic atmosphere within Faculty of Medicine UNAIR.
