PUIPT SCT and ITERA Hold Meeting to Prepare for Clay Mask and Coffee Body Scrub Cosmetic Packaging
The Center for Excellence in Science and Technology of the College of Skin Health and Cosmetic Technology (PUI-PT SCT) and the Sumatra Institute of Technology (ITERA) held a discussion on preparations for community service on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The meeting was held online via Zoom.
The discussion focused on preparations for the community service activities to be implemented in Lampung. The team will explore innovations in natural cosmetic products, including coffee-based clay masks and body scrubs.
This activity is expected to foster synergy between PUI-PT SCT and ITERA in educating the public about the use of local ingredients, particularly coffee, as a value-added product. Furthermore, this service is expected to provide tangible benefits to the people of Lampung, both in terms of knowledge and empowering regional potential.
The discussion was interactive, with technical plans, role allocations, and activity milestones outlined. Both parties agreed to continue collaborating to support the utilization of research and innovation findings for direct application in the community.
