Guidelines for Submitting Your Manuscript

  1. Presenters intending to publish their work in the IGSCPS partner journals are required to upload their full manuscript by 1 October 2026 to the IGSCPS Scientific Committee using the following submission link:

  2. Name your files using the following format:
    [Name of Journal]_[Manuscript Title]
  3. Manuscripts must be original, unpublished work and free from plagiarism.
  4. Manuscripts must comply with the author guidelines of the intended target journal, including formatting, citation style, and page/file size limits. Manuscripts that do not comply with the target journal's guidelines may be returned for revision prior to review.
  5. Authors cannot conduct multiple submissions for their manuscript. Authors can only select one journal for each manuscript they submit.
  6. The organizing committee does not guarantee acceptance by the journal. It is entirely the journal's policy. Please carefully read the scope of the journal and guidelines for author.
  7. Submit your presentation files in the following formats and sizes: doc, maximum 10 MB
