Guidelines for Oral Presentation (For Professional/Non-Student Participants)

A. General Instructions

  1. The oral presentation will be held in person (offline) and online (via Zoom).
  2. Each presenter is allocated a total of seven minutes, consisting of five minutes for the presentation and two minutes for the question-and-answer (Q&A) session.
  3. Presentations exceeding the 5-minute presentation time limit will be stopped immediately by the moderator.
  4. As sessions run on a tight schedule, all presenters are expected to be punctual and prepared. Moderator introductions will be brief to optimize session time.
  5. Presentation sessions will be held on Saturday, September 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 13:00 p.m. and 15:00 p.m. - 17:00 p.m. Notification of individual presentation times and rooms will be provided on September 16, 2026.

B. Technical Requirements

  1. Use a 16:9 slide ratio (1920×1080 px).
  2. A maximum of seven slides is permitted.
  3. The slides must include the following sections, presented in order: Title, Background, Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion.
  4. The slide template and design are free (no fixed template is provided), provided that the required sections above are included and the presentation remains professional in appearance.
  5. Images used in the slides must be your own, or you must have permission from the owner of the photo(s) and provide proper credit(s).
  6. Conference registration is mandatory for all participants involved in live sessions. It grants access to the conference venue for on-site attendees.
  7. All presenters are expected to dress in professional or business-appropriate attire.
