Portrait Format, Single-Page

Please read the following technical requirements:

File format	X-banner, prepared in English
Orientation	Portrait Format, Single-Page
Image resolution	The images should be a minimum of 300 dpi
Poster size	60 cm width x 160 cm height
Recommended font size	Minimum 16 points

 

Overview:

1. All posters will be displayed during the International Graduate Student Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences (IGSCPS) 2024.
2. Poster presenters must be on hand with their posters during the session.
3. The posters are printed as X-banners and are accompanied by all supporting devices. The committee will not provide displaying tools.

Technical Details:

1. There will be a registration desk at the poster hall entrance for speakers of poster presentations. Please find your poster position with your abstract ID number and put up your poster within the installation time.
2. The poster presenter should be ready in the poster hall ten minutes before the poster session begins, be prepared to greet visitors and present the poster. Please wear the ribbon provided so that you can be easily identified during the presentation session.
3. The presenter should present their poster within 2-3 minutes, followed by 1-2 minutes of discussion.
4. During the poster session and free discussion time, please wear the ribbon provided on your poster panel to identify you easily.
5. Participants should install their poster no later than August 10, 2024, at 08.10 (UTC+07:00).
6. Installation, presentation and removal time schedule as the following:

Submission of presentation materials

Submission of presentation materials is REQUIRED in advance. Please upload your poster file on Thursday, August 8, 2024 to the IGSCPS Scientific Committee via link: https://bit.ly/submit_presentation_IGSCPS24
