The Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR), held a performance contract signing ceremony as a form of shared commitment to realizing accountable faculty governance oriented towards improving the performance of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi). The event was attended by heads of work units within FF UNAIR and witnessed by faculty leaders and the Chair of the Faculty Advisory Board (BPF) of FF UNAIR.
The performance contract signing was carried out by two Department Heads: the Head of the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences and the Head of the Department of Practical Pharmacy. Additionally, the Study Program Coordinators also signed the performance contracts for their respective study programs, including the Bachelor of Pharmacy Program, the Pharmacist Professional Study Program, the Master of Pharmaceutical Science Program, the Master of Clinical Pharmacy Program, and the Doctoral Study Program in Pharmaceutical Science.
This activity aims to strengthen the commitment of all academic management elements to achieving established performance targets, including in education, research, community service, and resource management and development. Performance contracts are a crucial instrument for ensuring that each unit and study program has a clear and measurable direction, indicators, and achievements.
In addition to the signing ceremony, the activity agenda also included a discussion session to share views, input, and strategies for implementing performance contracts to ensure optimal implementation.
