Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) is fully committed to creating an integrity zone in the campus environment. The integrity zone (ZI) is a forum to realize bureaucratic reform with a focus on eradicating corruption, increasing productivity, and improving the quality of service. FF UNAIR always increases the commitment of leaders and staff in building ZI towards WBK/WBBM.
For information, Corruption-Free Area (WBK) is a predicate given to a work unit/area that fulfills most of the management of change, management arrangement, HR management system arrangement, strengthening supervision, and strengthening performance accountability. While the Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Area (WBBM) is a predicate given to a work unit/area that fulfills most of the management of change, management arrangement, HR management system arrangement, strengthening supervision, strengthening performance accountability, and strengthening the quality of public service.
Various efforts to realize ZI have also been carried out by FF UNAIR such as conducting socialization and reminders by attaching posters on each floor of the Nani Building. In addition, a "ZI Cabinet" is also provided which functions to provide a deterrent effect on violators. The cabinet is used to store various items or tools used for gratification. Leaders and staff who receive gratification are required to store the gifts in the ZI Cabinet displayed in the lobby of the Nani Building, so that in the future there will be no more gratification practices in the FF UNAIR environment.
In the future, socialization and reminders related to ZI will be further encouraged by scheduling socialization activities in a forum that invites the entire academic community of FF UNAIR.
