Dr. apt. Abdul Rahem, M.Kes Delivered Material to LKMM-TD Participants
Basic Level Student Management Skills Training (LKMM-TD) will be held this Saturday-Sunday (7-8/10/2023). Taking place at the Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building, this activity invited 6 presenters who were also lecturers at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Airlangga University (FF UNAIR). This LKMM-TD activity was attended by ninety students, including members of the Student Executive Board (BEM), Student Legislative Body (BLM), and general students of FF UNAIR.
The first material was delivered by Dr. apt. Abdul Rahem, M.Kes on "Leadership in Organizations". Mr. Abdul Rahem emphasized the importance of leadership in running an organization because the chairman is the key to the success of the organization, both in terms of activities and members.
The next material regarding "Proker Development" was delivered by Mr. apt. Ahmad Dzulfikri Nurham, S. Farm, M. Farm. From the work program development material, students who took part in LKMM-TD were invited to practice creating new, innovative work programs by Mrs. apt. Anila Impian Sukorini, S.Si, M.Farm. From here, students who had been divided into ten groups were invited to discuss.
The next day, namely the fourth material, was delivered by Mr. Apt. Chrismawan Ardianto, M.Sc., Ph.D. with the heading "Motivation". "Students shouldn't think that they can't do anything. Students should have the awareness that they have the capability to do something, even small things," said Mr Chrismawan.
It's not that opportunities don't exist, he continued, but rather that we, consciously or unconsciously, have closed them. "Therefore, try all the opportunities that exist, always thinking about the consequences later," he concluded.
The next speaker, Mrs. apt. Ana Yuda, S.Si, M.Farm., presented important material regarding "Administration". Mrs. Ana showed several schedules of events, income and expenses contained in the proposal. In the final session, discussions were held again to continue the previous work program design by adding to the schedule of events and cost plans. Mrs. Ana then sorted several groups to present their assignments which she gave feedback on afterwards.
The last material was delivered by Mr. apt. Catur Dian Setiawan, S.Farm, M.Kes. entitled "Sharing Experiences on Proposed Models and Implementation of Activities". "A proposal is a simple thing but very crucial because it can determine whether an activity can be funded or not," he said. Furthermore, Mr. Catur also gave an example of a proposal that could be used to attract sponsors so that they would get more "attention" and successfully carry out the activity.
