After successfully holding a training staff (tendik) workshop, today (20/12/2022) the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) is again holding a workshop by inviting all lecturers in FF UNAIR.
Held at the same place as the training workshop, namely Hotel Four Points Surabaya, this activity was entitled "2022 MBKM Evaluation Workshop and 2023 Target Achievement Strategy". At that time, all FF UNAIR lecturers took the time to attend this important agenda in the midst of their busy lives.
As the title suggests, this activity discusses the evaluation of the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program which will be running in 2022 so that FF UNAIR can improve for the upcoming 2023. In addition, plans and strategies that must be implemented to achieve several targets in 2023 are also discussed.
After the event was opened by the MC, Prof. Junaidi Khotib as Dean of FF UNAIR gave his speech. After that, he presented material about MBKM which will be running at FF UNAIR in 2022. Not only that, interestingly Prof. Junaidi distributed online questionnaires that had to be filled out by all lecturers to find out their opinion regarding the MBKM program.
Continuing the explanation from Prof. Junaidi, Dr. Riesta Primaharinastiti then gave a presentation regarding the implementation and objectives of the MBKM program. After giving an explanation, he opened the discussion session.
In the discussion session, several lecturers asked a number of related matters, starting from how the future MBKM learning system would be run offline to the budget for the program. In addition, there are also several lecturers who provide advice and share knowledge regarding the MBKM program which will be implemented in 2023.
After the break, prayer and lunch session was over, the activity continued with a presentation by Prof. Dewi Melani Hariyadi as Deputy Dean III of FF UNAIR and Deputy Dean II, Mr. Mahardian Rahmadi, Ph.D.
Prof. Dewi Melani Hariyadi presented performance targets in the fields of research, innovation, collaboration and community service that had been achieved in 2022. Then she explained what targets must be achieved next year and what are the strategies and plans to achieve them.
Finally, a presentation regarding the budget structure and human resources was presented by Mr. Mahardian Rahmadi, Ph.D. He explained regarding the budget plan for 2023 as well as the target of study assignments and proposals for promotions that must be carried out by lecturers.
After both of them finished presenting the material, the discussion and question and answer session was opened. Several lecturers raised discussion topics related to facilities, human resources and research.
