FF UNAIR Pharmacist Oath Period 114, UNAIR Rector: Be a HEBAT Pharmacist

After holding a rehearsal the previous day, as many as 169 new pharmacists who graduated from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga (FF UNAIR) were sworn in today (12/10/2022). The Pharmacist Oath of FF UNAIR Period 114 this time was held in a hybrid manner, in which new pharmacists, the council, and several invited guests attended offline. Meanwhile, parents, the FF UNAIR academic community, and other guests can attend the event online through the Zoom Meeting platform and the FF UNAIR Youtube Channel.

The new pharmacists looked very solemn in going through the entire procession of the oath ceremony. In addition to the oath ceremony, there was also an agenda for awarding the best graduates. 3rd best graduate named apt. Ardian Lestari Judoko, S. Farm. and 2nd best graduate, apt. Mirza Aprilia, S. Farm. received an award from the Dean of FF UNAIR and PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. While the best graduate 1, namely apt. Rizki Amalia Arifiani, S. Farm. received an award from the Dean of FF UNAIR and PT. Dexa Medica.

The trial board for this period of pharmacist oath is the Chairman of the Pharmaceutical Council, Dr. apt. Priyanto, M. Biomed., Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association represented by the Deputy General Chairperson of apt. Drs. Totok Sudjianto, M.Kes, UNAIR Chancellor Prof. Dr. Mohammad Nasih, S.E., M.T., Ak., Dean of FF UNAIR Prof. apt. Junaidi Khotib, M.Kes., Ph.D., and Head of FF UNAIR Pharmacist Profession Study Program Dr. apt. Yunita Nita, S.Si., M.Pharm.

In this event, UNAIR Chancellor Prof. Nasih, his nickname, gave his welcome and motivation to all new pharmacists. He advised that new pharmacists should always make their alma mater proud and become "GREAT Pharmacists" wherever they work. He reminded the new pharmacists that HEBAT is an acronym for a number of words that show the character of Airlangga University students. The acronym consists of the words Humble-Honest, Excellent, Brave, Agile, and Transcendent-Taqwa.
