Group Discussion on LKMM-TD
After being carried out online for the past 2 years, the Basic Level Student Management Skills Training activity or abbreviated as LKMM-TD which aims to train student leadership was finally carried out offline at RK 5.1 Nanizar Zaman Joenoes Building for 2 days. The first day, Saturday, 8 October 2022 to be precise, was opened with remarks from the head of the LKMM-TD Committee, Jessica Febe Prawadi, the head of BEM FF UNAIR, Farhan Rizqi Windianto, and the dean of FF UNAIR, Prof. apt. Junaidi Khotib, M.Kes., Ph.D. The first presenter was Mr. Catur Dian Setiawan S.Farm., M.Kes., apt. Fill in the material entitled "Formulation and Elaboration of Preliminary Ideas" and continue with group discussions. The second speaker is Ms. Anila Impian Sukorini, S.Sc., M.Farm., apt. fill in material with the title "Explanation of Work Plans and Committees." After ishoma, each group consisting of 5 people presented the results of their respective discussions which had been discussed at the end of the second material. The last material was filled in by Ms. Ana Yuda, S.Sc., M.Farm., apt. with the material title "Secretarial Administration and Finance in Student Organizations."

The second day was held on October 9 2022. The first speaker was Mr. Chrismawan Ardianto, S.Farm., M.Sc., Ph.D., apt. with material related to motivation in running the organization. Furthermore, the last material was filled in by Ms. Ana Yuda, S.Sc., M.Farm., apt. with the material title "Activity Proposal Preparation Techniques." At the end of the material, each group discusses to complete the chosen topic which will then be presented. Each group received feedback related to the discussion from Ms. Ana Yuda at the end of the presentation. At the end of the event, the group was given the task of making an activity proposal which later one of the results would be submitted for realization.
