Black cumin and green tea for brain health

The brain (central nervous system) is one of the most important organs for humans, so that's why we must always maintain good brain health. We must be able to control stress, so that the ability to think clearly will be well maintained. There are several natural ingredients that can be used to maintain our brain health.

The first to be discussed is Black Cumin. As a Muslim, Prof. Dr. apt. Mangestuti Agil, MS. Of course, I understand very well that black cumin is called by the Prophet Muhammad as a cure for all diseases, except death. Scientific research confirms this because it turns out that the activity of thymoquinone as the main ingredient in black cumin can improve the endurance of brain cells. Good cell conditions make the brain able to overcome various central nervous system problems, including depression, anxiety, impaired memory and learning abilities, nerve cell endurance, and addiction. Timoquinone is also known to work against depression through its anti-inflammatory activity.

In addition to black cumin, it turns out that green tea is also associated with brain health. Green tea polyphenol compounds have been reported to exhibit neuroprotective activity. Its action is also related to free radical inhibitory activity.

Finally, Prof. Mangestuti also considered that Pagagan can improve children's intelligence and prevent premature aging. This is in accordance with the results of studies that prove the efficacy of gotu kola leaf extract to increase dendritic arborization of brain nerve cells. This means that the branching of brain cells is increasingly complex and elongated so that the traffic of messages to and from the brain is smoother.
