Poster Preparation

Please read the following technical requirements:

 

	Description of Poster
File format	X-banner, prepared in English
Orientation	Portrait Format, Single-Page
Image resolution	The images should be minimum 300 dpi
Dimensions	60 cm width x 160 cm height
Recommended font size	Minimum 16 points

 

Overview:

• Posters are printed as X-banners and completed with all supporting devices; NO displaying tools will be provided by the
• All posters are displayed during the conference, and poster presenters must be on hand with their poster during the poster presentation
• Please contact the Scientific Committee if you have any questions

 

Technical Details:

1. There will be a registration desk for speakers of poster presentations in the poster hall Please find your poster position based on your abstract ID (as written in the Letter of Acceptance) and put up your poster within the installation time.
2. The poster presenter should be ready in the poster hall ten minutes before the poster presentation session scheduled to start, be ready to greet visitors, and present the Please wear the ribbon provided so that you can be easily identified during the presentation session.
3. The presenter should present their poster within 2-3 minutes followed with 1-2 minutes
4. During the presentation session and free discussion time, please wear the ribbon provided at your poster panel so that you can be easily
5. Participants should install their posters no later than September 4, 2024, at 09:30 (WIB, UTC+7)and remove them on September 5, 2024, at 16:30 .
