Poster Preparation

All posters must be prepared in a portrait orientationand formatted as a single-page X-banner. Please ensure your poster meets the following technical requirements:

All posters will be showcased during the International Graduate Student Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences (IGSCPS) 2025

Posters will be printed as X-banners. Presenters must bring their printed poster and supporting tools. The committee will not provide display stands or hardware.

 

 

Technical Details

1. A registration deskwill be located at the entrance of the poster hall for poster presenters. Please locate your designated poster position using your abstract ID number, and ensure your poster is installed within the scheduled installation period.
2. Poster presenters must be in the poster hall at least 10 minutes before the session begins, ready to welcome attendees and deliver their presentation. Wear the official identification ribbonprovided to ensure you are easily recognized during the session.
3. Each presenter is expected to deliver a 2–3 minute summaryof their poster, followed by a 1–2 minute Q&A or discussion.
4. During the presentation session and general viewing period, please ensure the identification ribbon is also attached to your poster panelfor easy identification.
5. Posters must be installed no later than 08:10 AM (UTC+07:00) on September 16, 2025.
6. The poster presentation timeline is as follows:

Submission of Presentation Materials

All poster presenters are required to submit their digital poster files in advance. Please upload your file by Sunday, September 14, 2025, using the submission link: [ https://bit.ly/....]
