In order to update the latest research results in the field of pharmaceutical and health sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy Universitas Airlangga Indonesia will hold the  International Graduate Student Conference on Pharmaceutical Sciences (IGSCPS) 2021 online using zoom media. This conference is an international conference in the field of pharmacy and health which was initiated by the Pharmacy Postgraduate Program from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga. This annual activity, which was first held in 2018, aims to accommodate and facilitate postgraduate students to publish research results in indexed proceedings or Scopus indexed journals. IGSCPS is expected to be a periodic conference designed to promote pharmaceutical and health research and to offer a venue for the dissemination and exchange of new knowledge and ideas on pharmaceutical and health research both in Indonesia and other countries.

The theme for the IGSCPS conference in 2021 is "Recent updates in pharmacy and pharmaceutical sciences for transforming global health and medicine". This theme was chosen with consideration to show and optimize the latest developments in research results both as academics, practitioners and researchers in the pharmaceutical and health fields so that they are able to produce updates that are informative and globally applicable.

Due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) as Global Pandemic and your safety is our priority, the conference will be held on October 5, 2021 through video conference (VICON). This conference will involve expert speakers in the fields of pharmaceutical analysis, pharmaceutical technology, clinical and community pharmacy, cosmetics, pharmacology and biomedical sciences, natural materials, drug discovery, and complementary and alternative medicine. Furthermore, the conference, which is a meeting place for various parties, on a national and international scale is designed to make it easier for scientists and professionals, as well as students to share their research experiences and discuss their research in the international arena through poster presentations. The qualified paper will be published in SCOPUS indexed Journal (additional cost is required).
