Issues related to drug resistance, the emergence of new infectious diseases, the increasing prevalence of degenerative diseases and especially the pandemic of COVID-19 that has hit the world, encourage scientists to find more effective drug compounds. As a strategy for accelerating drug discovery, various techniques for finding more effective drug compounds have begun to be developed, including: drug repurposing, high throughput screening, development of computational-based screening methods and to reverse pharmacology approaches, etc.
To update knowledge and information about pharmacy-health science related topics and olso to get research inspiration, research networks, and access to joint research collaborations, a meeting between researchers, academics, regulators and related stakeholders is needed in a scientific discussion forum.
For this chance, the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Airlangga in collaboration with Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) held a scientific discussion forum in 4th Joint Conference of UNAIR-USM, International Conference of Pharmacy and Health Sciences 2022 (ICPHS) - Towards Resilience Within The Changing Health Ecosystem, that will be held on 11-13 October 2022 (online).
