1. General Instructions
   1. The oral presentation will be held in person (offline) and online (via zoom)
   2. Each presenter is allocated 3 minutes for the presentation. Please respect this time limit strictly.
   3. Presentations exceeding the 3-minute limit will be stopped immediately by the moderator.
   4. As sessions run on a tight schedule, all presenters are expected to be punctual and prepared. Moderator introductions will be brief to optimize session time.
   5. Presentations are considered to have commenced when a presenter starts their presentation through movement or speech.
   6. No notes allowed. Presentations are to be memorized. *for virtual presentations, do not read from notes.
   7. Presentations are to be spoken word. No additional electronic media (e.g. sound or video files), props (e.g. costumes, lab equipment), or non-spoken-word formats (e.g. poems, raps, songs) are permitted.
   8. Conference registration is mandatory for all participants.
   9. Presentation sessions will be held on Tuesday, September 19, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. – 13:00 p.m. and 15:00 p.m. – 17.00 p.m. Notification of individual presentation times and rooms will be provided on September 16, 2026.
      Note: Any use of GenAI-generated content in the slide or spoken remarks must be disclosed, whether through a footnote on the slide or a verbal acknowledgment.  Direct representation means using it without substantial change by the presenter.
      
      
2. Technical Requirements – PowerPoint Presentations
   1. Use a 16:9 slide ratio (1920×1080 px).
   2. A single, static PowerPoint slide is permitted (no slide transitions, animations or ‘movement’ of any description, the slide is to be presented from the beginning of the oration).
   3. Images used in the slide must be your own, or you must have permission from the owner of the photo(s) and provide proper credit(s).
      
      
3. Guidelines for Submitting Your Presentation File
   1. All presenters are required to upload their PowerPoint presentation slides by Wednesday, September 16, 2026, to the IGSCPS Scientific Committee using the following submission link.
   2. Name your files using the following format:
      [Presentation ID]_[Abstract Title]
      Presentation files will be accessible only during the live session and will not be available before or after the scheduled time.
   3. Submit your presentation files in the following formats and sizes:
      Slide file: .ppt or .pptx, maximum 
   4. In addition to uploading your presentation online, please bring a backup copy on a flash drive in PowerPoint or another Microsoft-compatible format. Presentation room screens will display slides in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
      
      
4. Rules and Guidance for Delivering Your Presentation
   1. Conference registration is mandatory for all participants involved in live sessions. It grants access to the conference venue for on-site attendees.
   2. All presenters are expected to dress in professional or business-appropriate attire.
      
      
5. Technical Arrangements on Presentation Day
   

   The on-site technical team will ensure that all presentation files are preloaded and available on the conference room computers ahead of time. To guarantee a smooth presentation experience, all presenters are required to use the computer provided by IGSCPS 2026 during their session.

   A dedicated Speaker Room will be available at the venue, staffed with administrative and technical personnel to provide assistance as needed. Presenters may use this space to preview and test their presentations on equipment identical to that used in the session rooms.
