TECHNICAL GUIDE FOR 3 MINUTES POSTER PRESENTATION

1. All presenters should check the poster presentation schedul

2. Please use a stable internet connection

3. Please join the zoom meeting session using the correct meeting ID and passcode, at least 15 minutes before the session starts ( Zoom meeting ID and passcode can be found in the poster presentation schedule sent by the scientific commitee or in the conference website)

4. Please log in using name in the format below:
Room number_Session number_Poster Code_Name of Presenter
Example: R1_S2_NP-57_Suciati

5. The presenter will be assigned to a breakout room for presenting the material.

6. The committee will share screen the E-poster for each participant (There is no need to prepare a PPT file for presenter).

7. The presentation will be conducted in precise 3 minutes for each presenter. The committee may ask to stop the presentation and/or set the presenter audio to mute/silent if needed.

8. There will be question and answer session for each presenter. Time allocation is 2 minutes for each presenter. Therefore please answer the question consicely.

9. There will be an independent evaluation for the Best Presentation Awards, the winner will be announced at the closing session of the conference.
